نکاتی دیگر درباره کفپوش ملک های استیجاری

با سلام متقابل و تشکر از حسن اعتماد شما,
یکی از مسائل رایج در صنعت دکوراسیون ( از جمله انواع کفپوش های ساختمانی ), مربوط به ملک هائی است که ساکن یا ساکنین آنها مالک آن نمی باشند. در این مورد ملاحظاتی در انتخاب, خرید, نصب, نگهداری و . . . هزینه های مالی انواع کفپوش ساختمانی وجود دارد که ما قبلا طی یادداشتهای متعدد بدان ها پرداخته ایم. این یادداشتها از طریق بخش ” جستجو ” در سایت در دسترس است.
اما بطور خلاصه پیشنهاد ما تلاش حتی المکان جهت هماهنگی بین صاحب ملک و کسانی است که فعلا و عملا از آن ملک استفاده میکنند. این کار مستلزم قدری ” مشاوره ” و ” صبوری ” است که در این روزگار قدری کمیاب است.

نگاه قانون در درجه اول, متوجه حفظ و مراقبت از خانه آرامش و آسایش همگان می باشد !
بطور کلی نصب و برچیدین هر نوع کفپوش ساختمانی, هزینه و تبعاتی برای ساختمان دارد که با همفکری مناسب بین مالک و مستاجر میتوان آنها را به حداقل رسانید. تا زمانی که قوانین در این زمینه ” به روز ” نشده, اگر نگاهمان به جیب هم قدری دوستانه تر باشد, میتوان مانع بسیاری از سوء تفاهم ها ( از جمله در این زمینه ) گردید.
اما در مورد مشخص این سوال, اولا منظور از ” برجسب ” را متوجه نمیشویم. اگر منظور ” کفپوش pvc ” است, پیشنهاد ما استفاده از کفپوش های رول است که آنرا میتوان با حداقل یا بدون استفاده از هر نوع چسب نیز نصب و استفاده کرد.
کفپوش های pvc رول, همانگونه که آسانتر نصب میشوند, راحتتر از کفپوش های تایل قابل جمع آوری هستند.
برای نصب انواع کفپوش pvc معمولا از دو نوع چسب ” صنعتی ” یا ” خمیری ” استفاده میشود. هر دو نوع این چسب ها بجهت چسبندگی دارای اعتبار زمانی معین هستند. هر نوع کفپوش ساختمانی نیز عمر مفیدی دارد. اما وقتی به هر دلیل لازم آید که کفپوش جائی زودتر از موعد جمع آوری گردد, به هر جهت مشکلات, دشواری ها و هزینه هائی پیش خواهد آمد. لذا بهتر است در این موارد قبلا باندازه کافی مطالعه نموده و هرگونه دوباره کاری را به حداقل برسانیم.
ثانیا در بین کفپوش های ساختمانی, پارکت لمینیت را آسانتر از دیگر انواع, میتوان جمع آوری واز جائی به جای دیگر منتقل کرد. هرچند در چنین موارد هم, کمابیش به اتصالات مربوطه ( کلیک تایلهای لمینیت ) آسیب های معین وارد میشود که قابل ترمیم نیست.
اما حتی در بهترین حالت نیز, معمولا تایلهای برش خورده ای وجود خواهند داشت که در محل جدید احتمالا قابل استفاده نیستند.
